Event/Facility Requests should be submitted at least 45 DAYS prior to the desired event date and are subject to approval by the Pastor. Events will not be posted to the parish calendar and facilities will not be reserved without submission of this form and Pastor approval. Please submit a Communications Request Form to advertise approved events to the parish/community via a parish communication method.
