What is your favorite sport or sports team?

Not sure I have a favorite sport—and definitely not a favorite sports team. Let me explain. I can have a lot of enthusiasm about going to a game, pretty much any game. I enjoy the atmosphere—the crisp fall weather at a football game, the National Anthem at a baseball game, the prayer before a Catholic school basketball game. I’m not a huge fan of being entertained at a sports event. I don’t need the mascot in a golf cart or a fake sumo wrestling match—get on with the game. I’ll cheer for pretty much any team. I rarely watch any sports on TV—the exceptions: the Super Bowl and the Men’s Soccer World Cup.

And then, a fun fact that people might know about you?

Some of you who went to school might remember this one. But, I learned to drive on a Mercedes Benz that my mother won in a raffle. It was an amazing car. There was no AC, and had windows that rolled up when you used the crank. It was a model from the 1970s, so it was a very classic design. And it was built. Every vehicle since has felt like a toy to me.
