As four counties within the Diocese of Scranton’s territory enter the “yellow phase” of Pennsylvania’s reopening plan today, I will be announcing to our faithful people that public Masses will be allowed to gradually resume for parishes in Bradford, Lycoming, Sullivan and Tioga Counties beginning no earlier than Monday, May 18, 2020.
