Our first pierogi making night was a huge success.  The turnout was WONDERFUL, and fun was had by all. We are looking ahead to our next night, which is scheduled for Monday, June 28th at 6pm in the school gym. Again, no experience is necessary!  Please do not assume that we will have plenty of help as we have several people that have prior commitments that were present during the first night. Also, we have decided to cook ten more lbs. of potatoes so we can fill even more. One thing that we have learned over the years is that everyone loves a good homemade pierogi!
