The Social Concerns Committee is collecting an average of 27 grocery bags of donated food items each week. The generousity of our parishes is much appreciated and several community organizations benefit.  These organizations continue to be in great need of non-perishable food items and donation boxes are located at both St. Boniface and St. Lawrence.

This month's suggested donations include:

• Salvation Army, Family Promise and Shepherd of the Street: hamburger helper, pasta & sauce, mac 'n cheese, stuffing, box mashed potatoes, packaged snacks, microwave meals 
• Sojourner Truth Ministries: sugar, brown sugar, ground coffee, powdered creamer
