We invite all of our newly confirmed students, along with other teens going into grades 9-12, to participate more fully in the life of our parish. How can your student be involved? At Mass we could use ushers, greeters, lectors, altar servers, singers, and musicians. In the community teenagers would be helpful with the food pantry, Family Promise, and Sojourner Truth. Activities in the parish could always use teenagers as PREP youth aids, carnival workers, rummage sale helpers, special breakfast and dinner servers, and for soup sales. 

Students will receive training and guidance from adults in their particular ministry. Parents, please consider encouraging your teen to become an active member of the church. Young people are looking for ways to feel a sense of belonging. In our parish community they will find a welcoming place where they can work and worship alongside caring and supportive adults.
