Our Senior C.A.R.E. Team — which stands for Communion, Activities, Resources, and Encouragement — is made up of trained volunteers who bring weekly Communion and prayer to individuals of any age who are unable to attend Mass. Team members also offer friendly visits and phone calls to seniors in need of companionship or support.

If your loved one is hospitalized, moves into a nursing facility, or is homebound and unable to attend Mass regularly, please let us know. We want to ensure they continue to receive the sacraments and spiritual care from our dedicated Senior C.A.R.E. Team.
