Set-Up Night 1 — August 24

• 5:30 PM: If you have a truck, please report to the cemetery to help load trash cans and other items.
• 5:45 PM: All others, please report to the church parking lot.

Help is needed carrying items downstairs from the garage and cleaning the freezers and refrigerators.

Students: This is a great opportunity to earn volunteer hours!

Rain date: August 25

Set-Up Night 2 — August 31
Help prepare the cook stand area with grills and other equipment. Items will also need to be moved from the garage to the school gym for the White Elephant Sale.

Set-Up Night 3 — September 8
Carnival stand set-up, stringing lights, and more.

Set-Up Night 4 — September 9
Finish outdoor set-up and arrange dining room tables. Students: Another great opportunity for students to earn volunteer hours!

CARNIVAL — SEPTEMBER 10, 11 & 12

CLEAN-UP — SEPTEMBER 13

Many hands are needed! 10:00 AM start.
