CARNIVAL NEWS – SET UP

Please return all filled raffle buckets by September 6th!

Set-Up Night 3: Tuesday, September 8th
• 4:00–7:00 p.m. – White Elephant donation drop-off
• 5:30 p.m. – Carnival stand set-up, stringing lights, etc.

Set-Up Night 4: Wednesday, September 9th
• 4:00–7:00 p.m. – White Elephant donation drop-off
• 5:30 p.m. – Finish outdoor set-up and set up dining room tables. Another great opportunity for student service hours!

CARNIVAL TIME: September 10th, 11th & 12th

Help is needed in all areas!

• Dining Room – Friday and Saturday evenings
(Dining Room hours: 3:45–7:00 p.m.)

• Outside Food Stand – Help needed in all areas
(Thursday & Friday: 5:45–9:00 p.m.; Saturday: 4:45–9:30 p.m.)

• Outside Soda/Water Stand – Great for families!

• Outside Game Stands – Great for families!
(Some of the more active games may involve bending, but we also have openings at games that do not require bending.)

• Outside Quilt Stand – Thursday evening

CLEAN UP: September 13th

10:00 a.m. – Many hands needed!
